Reliable for herbal supplies

This was my third time ordering from The Rooted Connection. I got another DIY Elderberry Kit and some Organic Dried Elderberries. Just like before, the quality was consistent, and everything arrived well-packaged. Shipping was also pretty quick, reached me in about 4 days. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they deliver every time.

Love my new Fire Cider Kit!

Oh my goodness, I just received my Fire Cider Kit and I am SO excited! The packaging was perfect and all the ingredients look incredibly fresh and vibrant. I can't wait to get started on making my own batch. This store always has such unique and high-quality products. I'm already planning my next order for some Herbal Tea Blends! So happy I found them!

Detailed thoughts on my order

I placed an order for the Fire Cider Kit and a few Apothecary Jars. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, easy to navigate. Delivery took 5 days to reach me in California, which was within the estimated timeframe. Everything was carefully packaged, no broken jars or spilled herbs. The Fire Cider Kit had all the components as listed, and the herbs seemed fresh and fragrant. I haven't mixed the cider yet, but the quality of the raw ingredients looks promising. I also appreciate that they use eco-friendly packaging materials. No need to contact support, so can't comment there, but overall, a solid experience.

Good deal on first kit

I was looking for an Elderberry Syrup Kit and found this store. The first-time buyer discount made it a really good value. I felt like I got a quality product for what I paid. Everything needed was in the kit, and the instructions were clear. Definitely felt worth the purchase, especially with the savings.
